Lancasters Charter Market - an outdoor market which can be found in the town centre in the shadow of many of Lancaster's finest and historic buildings. The market is operated every Wednesday and Saturday complemented by a very popular Farmers Market every 2nd Saturday in the month.
Twice a year, in May and November, Market Square and Market Street will be home to a fabulous Continental Market with many fine stalls from France, Germany, Italy, Holland and of course the UK. They offer a unique shopping experience and is one which you definitely must see.
